The Centre

The centre is situated right in the heart of Belfast City Centre.

Opening three times a week for referrals, Storehouse can provide food, clothing, furniture or basic household goods, completely free of charge. Storehouse can only provide to families or individuals that have been referred to it’s service. If you’re in need of assistance, please speak to your social worker or care–worker to obtain a referral.

The Process

Step 1

When arriving at Storehouse, you'll be greeted at Reception by one of our team, where you will be asked to show your referral letter.

You can then make yourself at home in our lounge and a member of our hospitality team will serve you fresh tea & coffee while you wait to be seen by one of our project workers.

When ready, one of our project workers will invite you over to one of our three quiet booths, giving you space to talk and share your story. Here we will discuss the ways in which we can help

Depending on your needs, our project worker will then go through all the ways in which we can help, and either provide you with a food parcel, invite you to have a look around our clothing boutique, or allow you to browse through our furniture catalogue, selecting items for your new home and arranging a suitable time for delivery.
